Pastor Leslie Paul Carter
Pastor Leslie Paul Carter is an Associate Pastor with The Love of God Ministries, serving in partnership with Anchor of Hope Apostolic and Prophetic Ministries. He is a devoted servant of Christ whose life reflects a deep commitment to faith, service, and community impact.
A native of Paincourtville, Louisiana, Pastor Carter enlisted in the United States Army in 1986 and honorably served for more than 25 years, both domestically and overseas. Throughout his military career, he fulfilled numerous leadership roles, developing a strong foundation in discipline, service, and compassion—qualities that continue to shape his ministry today.
Pastor Carter is a lifelong learner with an extensive educational background. He earned a Master’s Degree in Divinity from Wayland Baptist University (2025) and holds a Bachelor of Science in Healthcare Management and Business Administration – Human Resources (2016), as well as an Associate Degree in Business (2016) from NICO Development. His advanced training includes Equal Opportunity leadership, Hazmat instruction, and certifications as
a Career Counselor, U.S. Army Recruiter, Fire Support Specialist, and Motor Transportation Specialist.
Beyond the pulpit, Pastor Carter is deeply involved in community service, veterans advocacy, and faith-based outreach. He has served as a Veterans Service Officer, Community Organizer, and Coordinator, offering support, guidance, and hope to individuals and families in need. His work also includes involvement in religion-based counseling, trauma-informed care, and emotional support ministries.
Pastor Carter’s ministry is rooted in sharing the transformative power of God’s love, emphasizing biblical principles such as the Full Armor of God, faith in action, grace, mercy, and obedience to Scripture. He is passionate about investing in the communities he serves, believing that God’s love is the essential ingredient for healing a troubled world.
Guided by scriptures such as John 3:16 and Proverbs 3:5–7, Pastor Leslie Paul Carter continues to serve with humility, integrity, and unwavering faith—committed to uplifting lives, strengthening families, and advancing the Kingdom of God.

Pastor Leslie M. Gloston
Pastor Leslie M. Gloston is the Co-Founding Pastor of Love of God Church and Ministries Inc., serving with a heart for worship, intercession, and community impact. A native of Beaumont, Texas, Pastor Gloston answered the call to ministry in 2002 under Eagles Flight International Global Ministries and has remained steadfast in his commitment to serving God’s people ever since.
In 2025, he co-founded Love of God Church and Ministries Inc. on the Island of Oahu, Hawaii, with a mission to preach the Gospel, strengthen believers, and extend God’s love beyond the church walls. His ministry reflects a deep passion for prayer, discipleship, and outreach, shaped by years of leadership experience and spiritual training.
Pastor Gloston honorably served in the United States Marine Corps beginning in 1988 and later in the United States Army from 2006, retiring as a Disabled War Veteran in 2013. His military service, both stateside and overseas, instilled in him discipline, resilience, and a servant’s heart that continues to influence his pastoral leadership.
He holds both a Bachelor’s and Associate Degree in Christian Ministries from Wayland Baptist University and has completed extensive military and leadership training. Pastor Gloston is affiliated with numerous veteran and community organizations and has served in various ministry roles including youth pastor, singles ministry leader, community outreach coordinator, and intercessor.
Through Love of God Church and Ministries, Pastor Gloston remains committed to serving Christ in spirit and in truth, equipping believers to live faithfully, walk boldly, and love intentionally.

Pastor Julieanne Nero
Pastor Julieanne Nero serves as a Pastor, Prophetess, and Intercessor with Love of God Church and Ministries Inc., bringing a deep well of spiritual discernment, compassion, and leadership to the body of Christ. She is a first-generation Southeast Asian immigrant, a Disabled United States Marine Corps Veteran, a devoted mother of four, and a proud grandmother of two. Her life and ministry reflect resilience, service, and an unwavering commitment to God’s calling.
Pastor Nero has dedicated much of her life to public service, working with both state and federal agencies across California, Texas, Nevada, and North Carolina. Her professional background includes leadership roles in corrections, law enforcement support, youth prevention, public health, rehabilitation services, and administrative supervision. She has also administered nonprofit organizations and successfully operated her own business, giving her a unique blend of ministry insight and real-world leadership experience.
Her heart for ministry is especially evident in her work with intercessory prayer, women’s empowerment, community outreach, parenting education, and mental health and substance abuse advocacy. Pastor Nero has faithfully served in roles such as youth group minister, singles ministry leader, community outreach coordinator, and intercessory prayer leader, always with a focus on healing, restoration, and spiritual growth.
She was ordained as a Pastor in 2025 through Love of God Church and Ministries Inc. and holds additional credentials in intercessory prayer and prophetic ministry. Pastor Nero is passionate about equipping believers to walk in freedom, purpose, and truth, and she remains committed to serving Christ with humility, bold faith, and a servant’s heart.
